Hell you guys in California may have to get hurricane insurance. East Canada is getting tropical storms now. It's just a matter of time before it gets a major named hurricane. New York will be in the cone. Flooded subway tunnels/underground electric grid will be a bitch. One can see what happened to New Jersey a decade back.
