MT4 Doesn't work, what's wrong?
No details, ne screenshot, no nothing.
My guess, User Error
It takes a lot for me to IGNORE you, but you can try.
To be serious, your Broker's server is most likely not responding. Try it in the lower right corner (the network sign, click on it and select another server) if it does not help, then the broker has a global problem with servers. Unless, of course, you yourself have made changes to the network settings, firewall on your PC. OR MY POST ABOVE. OR MY POST ABOVE.

This is the whole point of giving basic details for problem solving, otherwise it's just guessing.
