yes.. Lets say its very bullish going into 2723. The blue line. The blue line is a big level. If it not closing above it early week. Than in may be closing below 2634. That may be bearish. On the bullish side There should be some R 1.3083 ish. The month closing above that 2723 blue line, Is probably bullish, toward 1.3083 resistance.. The month closing below the blue line reverts back to above paragraph. To break 1.3083, it needs a month close above. The GBP can range in that area between closes. It may run above those or below them before the close. The blue line may have more power, since last month's close was below 2723. The close being year and all smaller times below. Friday they all closed below 2723. The week down time frames -2723. But at the same time, the week down closed above 2634, and all those 200s. A lot of traders strategies are based on the 200s. 2723 and 2634 is not. Atm price is below the larger of the 2. ATM the 1 year closed below 2723. PA is bullish into this test. That dont mean the R 2723 will give up. Don't get me wrong, its precise until the closes. Its a large number, its the GBP. It can pass 2723 early on. This is still January. Going above a few hundred is ok. But if its to be the S/R it can be. At some point it wont let things past. Those 200s many use are hell bent on taking 2723. The process may go sideways a for some months. As time goes on we may see a smaller path. Atm that could start with a rejection at 2723 ish, and a day close below 2634. It will be messy if the bear path is chosen. It has all those ma's. You can expect whipsaw moves in both directions unless the bulls take 2723 and run with it.

The GBP ma's will make things volatile to short. The EU is also above it's 200s. Most here who are trend trading. May have problems with direction changes. They will enter when a small trend appears. Because a 1 h chart tells them to enter, then quickly reverses. Other forces may be at work. The 200 etc point up,that is clear. Not clear to me is the 2723 affect.
Of the majors. The GBP looks the stronger. But when pressed into 2723, other pairs may catch up. If the GBP stalls here 2723. Its not clear what will happen here to me.

On a GBP quarter candle. A lot of interest POC at 2832. Th1 1year close being below 2832 (bear side). It did make a higher Quarter close (bo/ bull side). But still below 2022 50% body. The 6mth doji looking

I took a short on ua. I will add if the 12h closes below 0.6582, better -6578. It does look bullish. Its above the 200 day( 0.6600). When Friday closed above 6582, it favored testing 0.6601. If it dont settle back down below .6582/78, and deeper. I will need to close, if it goes a little higher. I'm not planning on it going to 0.6806/23. Anything is possible. 0.6823 may be a large R for large closes. 6686 could be a point of some R needing closes also. Last week closed below 6686, but not 6582.

I dont know if gu 2723 can be the top. But when the year closed below. It made it have some power. If it manages to close today and tomorrow below 2634. My possibility of topping is still on the path. I can't say it if it will hold 2723. But when i posted this yesterday it had potential. The GBP may be the strongest looking. It needs to continue passing test to remain the strongest over weeks (cad is today). Anyway if you took it you had a nice scalp. It and the a short got on first. You need trades to get on first.

If you took the au short. It got on base. With 15 min to go. You have a decision to make. It dont look promising for 12h and .0882. The 4h psar did turn to bear. Tho 200 is still 6601

the 12h just closed above 0882. If your in doubt about short. It was not the bear side of 0882. You still have profit. The 12h also closed below the day 200.. So there is that

Since the GU closed below 1.2708.5 on the 12h. I added it as a possible R. Since the week also closed below 2708.5. Since making that high at 2827. I see a LH and LL.

GBP/AUD looks like it may give a chance to long 1.9188 ish. Personally I dont want more than 2 aud crossed pairs traded at the same time. In this case the GBP has been one of the stronger pairs. AUD one of the weaker ones.
It's still 100 pips away. I will not short it. But will take a chance longing if it falls.It's pa is above those 200s. Making the trend up.
