I believe 10 am EST converts to 1500 (3 pm) GMT. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
The other time I look at the markets is 000 to 300 GMT, when trading is fairly slow.
Just to clarify, I wait for a pullback to at least the 12 EMA, but never open a trade based on pullback to just the 8 EMA.

You need to know that, maybe can help an adx indicator such us Tor 1.2 for example.
I think that this is a good system, but you need first to know if the pairs is in trend or sideway.
