Market Watch Time Question

Hello everyone. I was using metatrader through a broker of mine... Than i downloaded metatrader again and now using a different broker. However the Market Watch time jumped 3 hours... For example the moment that I am typing this My previous market watch was 9.07 Am but now it is 12.07 Pm
isn't market watch suppose to be same globally?

or does market watch change through brokers?
I lately installed metatrader from the offical page of metaquotes

It's entirely dependant on when your broker decides to "start" their day.

hmmm thats not good... because than people with different time zones would have different H4 charts... and this is very bad because people will see different trend lines. Making the market more complicated..

I always thought market watch for forex was global.
