DislikedThe Min/Max price chart you are displaying is not the Min/Max spread. Here's the spread detail:
It looks to me like the price also moved fast, dragging the spread with it. Sorry 'bout your trade.Ignored
I've no idea what you always mean by this. Watching the spread in realtime(in numbers on the Quote list) you had a difference of over 20 pips between bid and ask showing as well as the 5 second chart showing 5 seconds that had a minimum of 1.0692 and maximum of 1.0734. Now you may argue to me that in no instance during those 5 seconds was spread exactly 1:1 the difference, i.e. 42 pips, but considering that price shown "counted" towards any order to either side within those 5 seconds, that argument would be pointless and academical.
Fact is, in those 5 seconds price "touched" 1.0692 and 1.0734 within a period of 5 seconds and then went on to 1.0712/1.0740 in the next 5 second units, killing off that stop I mentioned.
Whether "actual spread" was 20, 30 or 40 pips at any one point in time couldn't matter less to me other than that it got widened in toto by around 40+ pips.
Trust price. Know yourself.
