What to do when you are at the end of your effort?

What market requires actually good trading plan, good trading strategy, market analysis, patience and all these you have but still you are failure to reap gain from the market. What to do then to improve thyself?

I m just putting my shoes on... run 5-7 km through the woods.... my heads gets cleared from every fog I caught... then i go to PC... and code the best solutions....sometimes I got running through the woods the bugfixes= ideas how to correct and improve my app.... that was amazing....

Hm... I think the best option in this case is not to give up and continue working on yourself, working on your strategy and working on your awareness of the entire sphere. This is how the market tests you, it wants to know whether you are capable of bearing through these hardships or not. Moreover, this stress test is quite beneficial for your emotions control. You msut learn how to continue attaining your goals regardless of the obstacles on your path.

If a good trading strategy and money management plan is not bringing in profits over a large number of trades, then the bug is in the execution i.e. the trader.

There could be lots of reasons for this, but a deep-dive into the trader's values and beliefs could flag up self-sabotaging behaviours, and help solve the issue.

Most people (let alone traders) don't want to do this. It's unpleasant and can be painful. That's why traders will keep tweaking their system, and buy the next shiny thing. Studying the market is fine but if after years of doing this and not making money, working on increased self-awareness is needed. It can be done alone, but therapy and/or coaching can make the process quicker and less painful.
