Yes sir, as you are using the previous High as the entry point, there is no wrong way to make Money from trading, this is why there is sooooo many versions / methods of trading.

Previously I studied ov 20x200 ma, there is narrow state and wide state, is it best to do counter trend in wide state for this system?

Narrow State is the trend coming off both the 20 and the 200 MAs as they split apart...
Wide State is technically when you exit the narrow state trade(s) and prepare for a countertrend trade back to the 200 MA.
The 20 is the trade directional bias.

Do these methods work? Yes...see below. You do not need to master everyone just choose one and master it. As cpfleger, xintial, ronin and others have mentioned, choose a method and time frame and execute the steps until you can demonstrate an 85% win rate. This batting average is even better than some so called "professionals".
