Looking at Silver, I don't think USD strength is high. Silver actually went up...Both Silver and GBP are driven by industrial demand, so I'm actually worried that any downside to Cable will be controlled.

Gold also coming down...would be happier if drop is bigger, but that's a start...

But Zebi, why is Silver still not below $$25? Weird to see Gold and Cable down but Silver still up.

My take on Cable: DXY has just started rallying, so let's see if we can create a new low in Cable. So far, for the day, no new low has been created. I think the line in the sand is under 1.2635 for bears to gain a footing. If under 1.2635, I think more selling pressure piles up.

What do you guys think? Thanks.

My Cable sells are still OK after I manged to scalp 1.2710 to 1.2640 earlier. At least Cable portfolio still ok. Thinking of selling again on Cable.

But isn't it weird. Data points for stronger USD but just because Powell said nothing, it gets dumped? Also, I thought Powell said the fight against inflation isn't over. If so, it should keep the possibility of hikes alive, right?

Or am I doing my fundamental analysis wrong?
