It all depends.
I like Sr 24 because it is like M1, but I understand that 48-72 is very good if you get used to it.

Both as it depends on the Instrument, each Instrument has different parameters, spread, price, etc....
Check each and when happy, revise the Instrument Template for assurance in satisfaction.
