A secret that very few people know

Normally be used deviation 2 this gives us trending market movement

But when we use deviation 1, then inside the bands of bb it means the market is ranging

So use 2 bands like this

This shows when the market is trending and when the market is ranging

On H4 market has left the trending zone and gone into ranging zone the inner bands of deviation 1

When market is ranging then you drop down to 5 minute chart for getting a good trade

When market is trending then go to 1 hour and above
