Suspicion. The richests who trade would have a humangous stop loss and target but smallest risk. And if trade goes against it, they would average down at key levels. Hence when price goes their way, it is much more efficient.

Buy cheap sell dear and it's easier to apply this concept here.

Tokyo open to us open is range. Outside the range, to the left see if there is a supply or demand zone. Once can then set it up as a set and forget.
