DislikedI am attaching 2 images of the idea Senbanda & Brainjt had. This is from the #MTF Stochastic indicator and I do not see the problems the previous MTF indicators had being placed on one chart. I believe this will work great. I have only included the 14,3,3 lines. I confirmed each of the data points for the respective time frames and they were identical. Notice how much easier it is to see when all 4 time frames have consolidated and break through the 23.6, 76.4 or crossing the 50. Spud - please advise if you agree.
The first image is the normal method with 3 charts stacked.Ignored
DislikedMake sure you utilize the smallest time frame for the MTF Stochastics to plot correctly. In this case use the M15 chart. This way the higher time frames have multiple points to calculate correctly. If you went to the H1 chart the M15 and M30 would have correct values at the point you are looking but the angle / slope to arrive at the point would be incorrect because they are being calculated off the previous H1 data pointIgnored

DislikedSepak,
I found the same indicator but I could not get it to work. I download all the time so I am not sure what is going on. Any suggestions?
Thank YouIgnored
DislikedSpud,
Thank you again. The proof of your contribution is in the "pudding"Ignored
DislikedWhen using the MTF Stochastic on a single time frame you must be very aware of the 4H stochastics and 1H stochastic time frames (candle closes). These are where the accurate position is of the stochastic line at candle close....as the stochastic will adjust themselves while they are still open.
If in doubt refer to the real time frame and stochastic for a clearer view.Ignored
DislikedSpud and/or anyone else
I am sorry but I am not sure I follow your previous post. I looked at the one chart approach and then at the 4hr and the stoch numbers are the same. Please explain the importance of the close. Maybe I am having a brain freeze!
Thank youIgnored
