My system will hold a long position on the EURUSD for weeks at a time.
This is very frustrating, as the rollover deducts nearly 4 pips a week.
Do you any of you have a strategy for dealing with this problem? I am considering adding a few extra pips to my stoploss to compensate, but don't have a formula.
I would hope that the shorts I take (which add to 2 pips to my account per week) will offset this some, but I'd like to know how other swing traders handle this.
I want to trade through an ECN, and don't know of any that are rollover free. A rollover free broker would be nice, but then you inherit execution problems, etc.
Thanks everyone.
