Congrats on the result and I am honored that I was the inspiration for you to try it out.

As for the longetivity, the issue with drawdown can't be avoided trading at such high risk levels. In my experience, if someone is expecting 10% per month, he/she needs to expect 10% risk per month too, or 10% DD. And that is for the good traders, of course. So any profit above 100% per month, the risk is also 100%. My best result so far was $1 to $500 within a month, did $1 to $100+ a couple times...so all of those were 10k+%, which is not even skill anymore, but mostly luck, I guess.

The only way to survive this long term is to lower the risk as the account keeps growing.

Thanks OA and T721.... Well ultimately, the risk for now is $20, if I can keep myself from adding more $ to the account. I will post next month's results on the last Friday of November... the good, bad and the ugly. My edge for now is, only trade the 4 hour bar... and wait for the market to wake up a bit around 9 pm EST or 04:00 server time. Here is a short video on what I am doing for anyone who might be interested. OA, your resuts were amazing... until it wasn't! We'll see. Gotta stay humble, not get too excited, keep to 1 trade per day, etc. If/when the account gets blown, at least I had $20 worth of fun.

Hello Sir,

I like to participate in this discussion. But can you please explain the system better? When to buy and when to sell. Am I missing any past posts regarding this?

Here are the features:

1. Trade the 4 hr bar
2. The best time to trade is the Asian session, before things really get going... 00 - 04 server time.
3. Open trade at the beginning of the bar, or the open of the 00 or 04 bar.
4. Always set Take Profit at 5 pips plus spread and commission. In my case, 5.4 pips.
5. Allow the trade to work for the next 24 hours if necessary.
6. Most importantly, trade in the direction of the trend.
7. Most days a simple coin flip decision will work perfectly fine. In the period since the end of September, I found that a coin flip would not have worked only 2 times.... on 10/16 and yesterday, (see image below from yesterday), but in both cases a strong uptrend was easily visible.

Rinse and repeat every day. 5% per day compounded can grow very quickly. I use 100:1 leverage to achieve 5%/day
This can be considered a high risk strategy so do not put a large sum at risk. I started with $6 at the end of September and now the live account is $80
-Asian session is calmer, has follow through for trend in the early hours, small tp and no sl. Look for yourself and backtest this idea.

Makes sense technically, too. Since we turned bullish, corrections until tuesday-wednesday are common after big friday moves.

I used Intermarket module and QSpectrum for the forecast... I waited on monday till 14:30 (gmt+3) for confirmation of the direction of the market and went short afterwards. We will see the rest of the week.

You said the red line is from the intermarket module. What instrument is that and what lag?

Are you using classical spectrum or Bartels spectrum for the blue line.
