CADJPY looks OK as well Strada, although may be a bit late now.
Can I ask, the only thing I struggle with is filtering out false crosses that are given when the market is quiet, generally you get them early morning as of now.
Occasionally you will see 2 or 3 crosses with no movement before the first real one appears, how do you personally get rid of these, or do you just trade them all as the loses are small.
I had a good look at ADX over the weekend, do you just need it over 22 to take a trade, on some occasions when a signal is given it is on say 30 but heading down, do you take these or do you wait for it to turn up.
I'm not sure a new thread would achieve the benefits that some hope for.
It will split the source of information about the bago method and probably make it more difficult to read and understand it.
Bago is not about 10 mins, it is all about the particular crossovers used and all the info on that aspect is on this thread. Those that wish to understand the method properly will only do so by reading this thread from the beginning with the hourly and then folloowing the various amendments, additions etc. It is a huge bag of tools and everyone has to pick the ones they are comfortable with and use them. I'm sure there are many who still favour the original hourly or half-hourly, that suits their trading, lifestyle etc, let's not exclude them from the Bago community, their input is also valuable.
I dare say (and no reference here being made to those that suggest a new thread) there are some people who come on here, see the value of this great method and then want it neatly packaged all set to go for a tomorrow start on the road to their fortune. Well I for one wish it was that easy. It most definitely isn't. The only way to benefit financially from Bago's method is to get the knowledge, understanding and personal proof that it works. That can only be achieved on this thread.
I get a fair number of PM's asking Q's about the method and I know from those Q's that there are many people doing exactly that so I have no problem helping whenever I can.
One other matter that I think we should all consider and that is the amount of time we might be demanding of Bago in order to open new threads. Bago is back, let's not risk losing his input by demanding too much of him. He, like the rest of us, needs some time for trading. That is the crux of what this is all about.
New thread idea was just, well "an idea", as you say best to keep it here, only reason I suggested it was that things got a bit crazy for a page or 2 with people posting charts of completely unrelated systems but that seems to have calmed down now.
This is a very valuable thread as you say as long as people stick to the system, with their own enhancements is fine and can help us all, but always remembering the 5/12 (or 5/8) cross, and the RSI cross are the core of the system.
