My recommendation is that you put up a graph and try it yourself by changing the configuration, because not all of us operate in the same time frame or the same style.
In my case M1 is the following:

Short and fast operations = SR 24
Intermediate Operations = SR 72
Long trades = SR 120

Agree and I have stated this in many Forums, each Instrument is different, and each requires a little setting change, and each should have its own Template per TF.

Since I move to H1, never hit SL.
Since I learn how to use target, never hit SL.
Now I am doing 1 day 1 trade for main account, and other account for testing purpose.
