help! i can update my MT4

i am using interbankfx MT4, pop up wants me to update 4.00 build 204 to build 206 , but everytime update until >95%, terminal_russian.chm will failed to download and the updater will terminate itself. this keep happening. any advice?

You can go and download from there:

http://www.interbankfx.com/info/ibsetup4.exe

and update again...
