A trader would answer that no dog (tendency) agrees to stay in the cage for a long time without the desire to escape from there, although later it will return to the same place. The Eurusd trend wants to get out of the cage, although many say that the data on the US economy are solid.

My opinion is that the economic data will not be as solid in the coming months, because consumption will decrease. And the US GDP is fueled largely by consumer demand. So, I estimate that Eurusd will continue to grow in the coming months if there are no major events related to the Israel-Hamas conflict or something else of major impact that would fuel the reserve currency (oil price).

On 26.10.2023, GDP-Q3 will be published, which will be higher than the previous one (graph D1 shows it), but I don't think it will seriously drag down the exchange rate because it is a delayed economic indicator.

Looking in the mirror, USDX / D1 has gone below the 20 moving average of BB, MACD is close to zero, CCI is falling, but RSI is above 50. SMA 100 has gone below SMA 200 on H4 and H1. Basically, eurusd will grow on the lack of power of usdx which will gradually install. USD pressure was maximum on the other 2 major pairs: USDCHF, USDJPY.

The fundamental data will decide and it won't last long (the exception could be the international situation).

However, I may be wrong.
