Hello guys, can some programmer create a simple code for me. It is a Trailing Stop based on the ATR: I want that when I enter a position and set my stoploss, the code will automatically adjust my stoploss with the ATR based on the period and the coefficient (multiplier) that I put

Hello, Programmers!! I found an RSI indicator, when I want to put the same indicator with another value, it deletes the arrows of the previous indicator, can it be corrected? I would be very grateful, if you can fix this problem, greetings and happy weekend!!

Hello MT4 Tech Experts... Long Time No See... for quite a bit of time I didn't have problems with custom .wav SOUNDS... but something happen and here is the issue... hopefully one of you have the answer...

- Tools > Options > Events > click on ie. Alert > Double-Click on Alet.wav > click on the "down Arrow" on the right... pull down menu gives access to Default Sounds... TOP LINE offers "Chose Other" from your Brokers' Sounds Folder located at Program Files (x86)...

In there, you will find your other custom .wav that you copied into that folder... However, you can not add them to the Events (DEFAULT Sounds)... you can only replace one of the Existing DEFAULTS with your CUSTOM MADE one...

And all this... makes a mess with the other indicators you use...

So the QUESTION is...
- How do I add a custom .wav tho the DEFAULT Events... without being forced to REPLACE one of them...
Is there a way to do that? Please help... -Thanks!

There is no issue, the live arrows are not meant to stay there if the chart history is updated or tf changed and the live conditions afterwards are different, and both of those cases will re-initialize the indicator.

Attached has an option for object arrows that will optionally stay or be removed in cases of indicator re-initializing/reloading.
Pic shows reloading the indicator, buffer arrows (filled) from live signals are different, but the hollow arrows made at the same time as the live signal are the same, some new arrows are made on loading that satisfy the signal conditions at that point.

There is an input for arrowsIdentifier, make up a different value for it each time you load the indicator with arrows on the same chart.

A strange quirk seems to be that, while custom wav files may be listed in the drop down list of wavs, you can't actually just select one of them, as the default wav file will revert to the last used wav file. Instead you have you select Choose other... and then select the custom wav from the folder popup.

Pic shows a1/a2/a3 custom wavs listed, if I just click on them from that list, the Alert sound remains as alert.wav, I have to select Choose other then select that way, for it to work. This has also been tested by triggering an Alert(); and hearing the custom wav.

hello thank you for your help.. im not sure if i understand .. are u saying the hallow arrows are non repaint even on current candle? Also i noticed that when you switch time frames the arrows are all different postions, should i not chnage current time frame to prevent this or is there a fix? it was difficult to interpret what u were saying...my appoligies ...
