Does anyone have any current feedback on this broker? Would greatly appreciate any current or previous customer response.

Why would anyone hand a chunk of money over to an unregulated company based in The Marshall Islands? Even at Babypips they've managed to work out that this is a "broker" to stay far, far away from.

this is the reason why we are unable to help ourselves here at FF, because we all have the presumption of answering as if the person asking doesn't understand anything... what a bad thing the EGO is!

I intended my post helpfully - sorry if it came across badly.

"This is a horrible, scummy, scammy broker with really awful reputation in the industry. It can get new customers only through incentivized/paid reviews, paying higher-than-normal affiliate marketing commissions and spamming forums and email lists. I respectfully suggest avoiding it."

Was that better?

Check out this thread. You can ask about unregulated brokers and get answers from traders that actually have experience with them.

All is ok my friend. I'm sorry for my response to your comments. I think Flavio1900 said it best. I think I already knew the answer to my question about that broker & have been doing more research since I made that post. Your comments did prompt me to dig deeper. I currently trade futures & am happy so far & I quest I need to stick with that market but have enjoy forex in the past. In the USA we as traders are very limited to what Forex brokers we can use & most are not trustworthy. Anyway, I wish you the best of trades.

Very informative list of information. I started trading forex with FXCM 2 days after they open for business & the founders Dave & Drew were answering the phone in those early days. For my taste FXCM had the best trading platform for forex trading. I traded with them until about 4 months before that were closed down.
Never had any issues at all the wasn't resolved. The futures software I use is clunky at best providing very little back-office data that FXCM spoiled traders with, but I'm not dealing with all the tricks seen with the forex brokers. Again, thank you for taking the time to share that information.  Best of trades to you, my friend.

I opened an account with LQD FX when they first started doing business. I have regular accounts and also a PAMM Master account with them. Over the years I have made several withdrawals (admittedly nothing spectacular in size) and have never had an issue getting paid. These days I use the crypto payment as it seems the easiest for me.

There were teething issues in the early days (feed issues and the like but nothing major) but for the past few years I have not had any issues. I recently had a back and forth on an account rebalance after a server reset on my PAMM master account. They looked into it and rectified it within 24 hours. As far as the Marshall Islands go, I had no issue with that as it is also home to many global banks and other brokerages. Having said that, they have not been in the Marshall Islands for some time, they are registered in Saint Lucia these days. There physical address is in Sofia, Bulgaria as is the contact number.

In twenty odd years of trading in the Retail FX space I have suffered losses at the hands of 2 brokerages, both were "regulated", one in the US and one in Australia. The Australian one was a total loss as in nothing recovered from the capital of the account *(the only people who got anything were the liquidators). The US broker was a little better, I managed to get back 1 cent on the dollar after 11 years. In all that time I have dealt with brokers in the Caribbean, Marshall Islands, Malaysia, and the Seychelles to name just a few and yes you guessed it - never had an issue....

Just my experience is all and I am not saying they are good or bad, I am just recounting my personal experience. Everyone has an opinion on these things.

I appreciate your response sharing your experiences with LQD FX & others. In this business you never known what is going to happen next with these forex brokers & that is why I venture into futures trading. So far for me none of the headaches that I've seen & experienced with forex. Thank you, again & the best of trades, to you.
