Agree. I also estimate that PPI and Core PPI will be pessimistic.
The demand for goods and services decreased if we look at the latest published data:
-NFIB Small Business Index- decreased;
-Final Wholesale Inventories m/m- no changes;
-Average Hourly Earnings m/m- at the same level;
-Final Services PMI- decreased;
-ISM Services PMI- decreased;
-IBD/TIPP Economic Optimism- decreased;
-ISM Manufacturing PMI- below the expansion level;
-ISM Manufacturing Prices- decreased.
