Do you use Fractal Channels or AMA's?

Just looking for new toys in the indicator
list and found these two.
They look promising.
Anyone tried them out?

I found these two indies on the list and this blurb
(from the developers) about using them together:

MAMA
MAMA is the mother of all adaptive moving averages. Actualy the name is an acronym for MESA Adaptive Moving Average. The nonlinear action of this filter is produced by the flyback of phase every half cycle. When combined with FAMA, a Following Adaptive Moving Average, the crossovers form excellent entry and exit signals that are relative free of whipsaws.

Oh, yeah the FAMA doesn't seem to auto update so you have
to switch TF's then back again. Also the MAMA is a little wacky
but what the heck! Still pretty nice for the price.

Pretty cool! I guess someone up there thought that I

The FAMA does not show up anything on my screen.

Yours is set up nicely! It gives a nice opening range signal for sure!
Check out the sell off right now in E/J 5M coming out of the UK/US
overlap. Your channel seems to give nice setups for breakouts!

As for the one I posted (and all of the others) I just found them a
couple of days ago and I'm not familiar with them yet.
Hell, I don't even know what they're doing. Like I said just thinking aloud,
trying to learn and looking for feedback or opinions!
