Lawsuit against AstraZeneca for not warning about risks about their drugs Nexium(Esomeprazole) and Prilosec(Omeprazole).
Apparently Astra knew as early as 2004 that these drugs had a higher chance of inflict kidney damage(kidney failure) and gastric cancer.

For those that don’t know: Omeprazole and it’s different names has been a rockstar brand to prescribe for all kinds of doctors the last 20 years. It is used against gastric reflux/heartburn. Also used as standard as preventative measure during surgery. It is likely that the amount of patients exposed to this ’gold-standard’ drug amount to 100s of million of patients.
Good news is that anyone with a medical record of kidney failure can file a claim against Astra and be compensated(atleast in the U.S) generic brands not included.

A list of the last few House speakers. Dennis Hastert went to jail as a pediphile.
It looks like another R Speaker will bite the dust. The past few men were escorted to the door. By their own party. The only female still serves congress.
Kevin looks to be the next in a long line.

I have no reason to long. PA is easily passing large supportive levels. NFP coming Friday. I hope to get some pump. The ypp at 0576. The year close at 0700. Its bearish but just maybe it will pump before NFP some. 0565 + i will try to get a cripple bounce to short.

Gold color here, is 2022 low, and this weeks low. After the RSI 14.1668. It made the low last year 2 days later. The gold color on the right at 17.4175 was last week.
The 3 less violent blue bounce were 500-650 pips. The blue were with the rising trend. Any bounce now looks to be in a downtrend. In a down trend the bounce may be less. 0565/76 shallow. YPP at 0576. Year close at 0700. PA is bearish with momentum. I need to see if it bounces. I want to short higher.
The trend is down. This is just an observation about the past. It does not mean it will bounce. The date of the low being the same is curious for me.
I have always been a fan of 50% bounces. 50% would blow through 0700, to 08xx.

My guess is 1.053 ish then 1.035 if NFP is good. But im sideline.
