It's called market manipulation USD was printed so much that it can't hold it self without interfering into the market.
With news like this the actual 1H candle should have reach at least @ 06700 or even higher!

CB consumer confidence
- the increase in prices in general
-increase in food and gasoline prices in particular
- the increase in the average number of weeks of unemployment
- level 80 or lower = recession
- the labor market, business conditions, short-term income, the financial situation of the family

then use TA to fine tune it

remember TA works on rubber band stretch theory

how far price can move from market average

and what kind of news will be required to increase that stretch
