hello coders please can you add alert to this mt5 indicator, i just need an alert when the arrow pops up, i have found it to be a good indicator for reversals, it does not repaint.. thank you

I am also looking for Toggle Border for Mt5 could not find one that work. This one maximise chart just like Your Click Max.

Excellent. Now we know these tiled windows can be managed by the Windows API in MT5.

Do we have any info on who coded this or if there is an MQ5? That will hold the vital info to create an MT5 Toggle Borders.

Hi @All,

I am trying to fetch hourly data to a csv, however, it always gets minute information to the csv.
Even if i select the H1 Period to be tested on, still getting the minute close/open/.. data.
Here is the mql4, can someone edit it so that it will fetch the hourly data please?

I don't even need volumes, i commented out the volumes definition and got it out from the TimeToStr, still the same error..

I think volume based error because you use i=0 . I change i=1 and add timeframe for me It is written correctly. sorry for my English.

I have tried something, and the conclusion is that in MT5 that border is not the same border.
I was able to make it generate another border inside the existing one.

Yes I had a play with it earlier. It isn't as straight forwarded I was hoping for. It should still be possible, but I might need to freelance this one.

Though I can't find anything on the internets...

PS. I just noticed that undocking the chart gets rid of the borders, but it also makes a top menu.

Hello BestTraderEv, first of all thankyou for helping all of us. You are much appreciated. Please assist me with editing this great EA.

Explanation: I have an EA with Source Code. The EA is called "Order_Graphic_Tool", and what it does is allow me to choose 3 keyboard buttons. 2 buttons I assign opens up a buy or sell scenario Entry, SL, & TP Horizontal lines for me to toggle. The 3rd button erases the lines. When lines populate a box appears with information and some buttons to manage the trade setup.
Request:

1. Simply make it so that I have the Option to have up to 4 TPs Via this EA, instead of just 1. (3 optional horizontal lines, representing Partial TPs which the EA would execute Via Market execution. And 1 representing where the broker TP will populate, like what is already programmed).

2. In the inputs make it possible to;

2A. Set the Color of each partial TP or all.

2B. Set the Initial Pips distance from the entry, where a/the Partial TP Line(s) will populate.

2C. Set the "%" of each Partial TP Horizontal Line. So that for example, if I have 2 Partial TPs Lines active and a Final TP, and Partial TP 1's Input is "25", while Partial TP 2's Input is "50". I am Long with 10.00 Lots, when Price reaches Partial TP 1 the EA closes 25% of the CURRENT POSITION SIZE ( 10.00 Lots - 02.50 Lots = 7.5 Lots ) and Partial TP Horizontal Line 1 Disappears. Then Price reaches Partial TP 2 and the EA closes 50% of the CURRENT POSITION SIZE again ( 7.5 Lots - 3.75 Lots = 3.75 Lots.) and Partial TP Horizontal Line 2 Disappears. Finally, The entire positron closes when price reaches the Broker TP.

2D. Set any of each Partial TP Lines to "OFF" or "ON". UNLESS you find a better way. Maybe if I could assign Them to individual buttons And/Or control them via an on screen panel, If so please enable it so that one can set the exact price of any of each Partial TP Line and/or just DRAG it.

2E. Set it so that when one of the Partial TPs are activated, the EA will also move that Managed Trades' SL to Breakeven (which will be set in inputs as number of pips in front of entry, and be able to toggle this On/Off).

2F. Set the Initial Pips Distance, from the Position Price, which the Partial TP Line(s) will populate upon toggle.


3. Make it so that the EA only manages trades which carry the Same Magic number I tell it to manage. Which will be its own.


4. Make it so that the Partial TP Horizontal Lines are SOLID and width/thickness 2 while being set, But once set becomes a DASH Line.

PLEASE NOTE: The usefulness of this EA is Quick and easy Order Placement. If possible please Make the Partial TPs as manageable as possible from an on chart terminal/Object.

Below I have Attached of screenshot of the EA Populating Buy Scenario when I pressed "B". It will open this trade if i press "Order Buy Stop" in the Panel on the top left.

THE DREAM: : A Screenshot of a different EA which does exactly wheat I am Requesting. See that the #1 Partial TP is already Set which is indicated by it being DASH and NOT SOLID. Also see the panel in the Top left which has the options to - Add a New Partial TP Line, Set the Price of each Partial TP, set the pips distance of a partial TP line, Set the percentage of each Partial TP, Edit/Set, or Delete each individual Partial TP lines, and an option to press the X and close the entire Partial TP Panel. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I DESIIRE. Please Assist.

I am very sorry, but you seem to come from a utopia world.
Plus, you can already find similar EA's in MT4 Market - some of them even for free.

BTW, if you actually DESIRE that tool, just go and buy it.
