I am expecting breakout or false breakout the trendline. 1.618 is target from last wave.

gold is reacting to the 200ma daily. and you know 200ma resistance is always tough.. a buy might be considered after todays type of close..

Just opposite. Fundamentals don't support deep red for gold today. CPI number could be higher, exlcuding oil and food, the CORE CPI should stay the same or stable, what matters to Fed is the CORE CPI. NFP numbers have been modified downside month after month after data release, the actual economy is not that good. In other words, the economy doesn't support interest rates keep rising.

Technically, US Dollar is at 38% on weekly and it is ready to fall hard from bearish Wave 2. No way it could rise to 23% to 108.66
