I got stopped at 0764. Year end close at 0700. Last time 0691 had some s/r value. PA is very bearish, and probably going to 0576 to test YPP, or 0588. But it may run back to test the break-out area in the 076x/0776/+0827/35/41 area just for the hell of it. The year close may bounce it from 0700ish. Lower adr is 0723. The average run to 0808 achieved earlier.
That blue box may be a sell at some point in the future.

Since pa is so far below 0808, I doubt it runs back before LF today. Its already done that. ATM pa has broke some more decent support. Often in the support break. It will be retested from below. 0776 or 0792 could fit that. It can start to be R. 0835 is probably the larger one. Mid year PP 0827. Pa likes 100 pips. 0700 now, or after a test of R coming.

Besides 1.07000x being the year close. The last time here, 0691.8 may have some residual power.
PA is very bearish. If I do anything counter. It will be at supports, with very tight stops.

He curtailed his people to not have foreign investments. Most have their savings in real-estate. That's near 1.5B people. Many have lost lots of their life savings now. What could possibly go wrong? The 1 child policy will force kids to support parents. I anticipate mass suicides. Parents dont wont to be a burden on the 1 golden child. Or they can turn on Xi. It seems like blood loss, either way.
Over the years. I have heard many here, saying China will pull U.S. treasury investments. China would be the #1 economy. I'm skeptical about that. But the result would be a stronger renminbi. That's not good for a exporter. More so, for the people losing their savings, losing their employment. If not losing the job, wages shrink.
China has about 1.5 billion people. America has about 333 million. China has 4.5 X more people. China is closest in GDP. We will see. Chinese and Americans average 38 years old (Chinese slightly older). Replacement rate for children should be 2.1 to sustain population. China is below 1.15. USA is 1.6. Either is not sustainable. The U.S. has the immigration option to help.

It goes the way China goes. A slowdown in China, lowers commodity demand. The AUD is a earth commodity currency. The Kiwi follows food commodities mostly.

PA did close below 0764 bearish. I do think its going to 0576. Still the month refused to close below 0827 35. 0776 may R some, it hasn't gone there yet. I'm not in, so dont mind me. It hasn't reached 0700 yet either. That's the trend, down to 0700 0576 etc. That month close burned me. With a long just above 0765. I do think its bearish. Although bearish, a week range could reach 0875. That's above 0827 and 0835. Its near the Q pp 0877.x. I thought I could forget about 0877. The last time here 0691.x was where it launched higher. There may be a residual support in that area. 1.0700 is 2022 close. There is plenty of time to close below 0700 and reach/test 0576 this year. The trend is down. I dont see bullish signs. It bothers me the close was above 0835. I wanted to wait for 0776 for a short. I may opt for 1.0875 tested. PA often runs back to places like 0875. I dont want to long to it, in a down trend. I cant play every possibility trading. But the month did not close on the bear side of 0827 35. It did close the month below 0877.x. Very close to 0875. I think I will wait to see if it goes to 0875ish.

Month range is 412 pips. In a average month pa can test 0877.x again (0576+412=0988). And still reach deeper than 0576. (0877-412=0465). And it would still be average. MPP is 0889. PA may need a week close below 0700, 0691 and 0681. To reach 0576. ATM week range could reach 0877 and be average.
We may be able to short the upper 08xx area.
