You made this statement. "Currently chatgpt cannot make usable codes for mt4 and mt5." That is wrong. The time it took me to create and troubleshoot them is likely less than it would take a coder to write them manually. I also never mentioned that they are complex EA's. Only that they work. I have uploaded a number of them to FF. I also think that if chatGPT was 100% reliable you would still have many folks asking for help and fixes on forums. I doubt that will ever change. What you get out of chatGPT depends greatly on how well you define your question and parameters.

Hi everyone

Does anyone have a position size buy/ sell button base on ATR

So basically you can set the atr period and multiplier and when you hit the buy sell button will introduce the lot size and where the stop should be.

I have the 3 click position size but is not based on atr and when you trade small timeframes is very slow because you have to do it manually and the price is constantly moving

So, those codes weren't actually usable until You made them usable...

IOW, we can't just take what GPT wrote and implement it in MT4/5 as it is.

Hi there, i want an indicator which splits the previous week to 8 parts (High/Low drawn split by half and then split another half an goes on to 8 parts) for MT5 can anyone do that?

Yeah, but i mean, mt4 doesnt even recognize the file to me. It is .ex4 so thats why i am surprised. Not even in indicator folder.

Alright I had a look at all the gpt source files you've uploaded, and they all have significant issues and none work. Issues are not just specific syntax but mostly with logic. Just because most of them compile doesn't make them of any use outside of a debugging exercise.

Some issues I noted those files:
noble ea - doesnt check stoploss prices are valid, eg a buy sl is above it's entry
ig-cci2 for mt5 - doesn't compile but that's not such a big deal, but its missing indicator plot property, isn't setting plot styles, isn't setting up indicator handles, treats mql5 as mql4
noble step ea - assumes -1 is same as false which its not, doesn't check orders are closed by sl or tp, doesn't open any orders at all after loading, doesn't update order state
power of 2 - ifractals has it's own default side length so the input option is useless and used wrong, ifractals gives a price value with 0 as none, it also checks if a close price is above the initial fractal values from oninit which usually would be 0 anyway so the price check would always be true

I agree, even on this thread most files are perfectly fine, but adjustments are usually to change how something works, and not to get something to work in the first place.

I think that statement is reasonable, I have no doubt that eventually some machine learning widget will be able to do things as good as even a beginner, but currently it hasn't proven to be the case, and certainly so with mql4 and mql5.

Even though existing online ea builders have their own issues, they do seem to mostly work as intended and seem to be miles ahead of gpt, and for your own uses I think it would be better to use those instead.

Chat GPT is a language model.
It is NOT an AI trained to code in MQL4/5.
Sure, it can save us some work by creating (predicting) a code snippet, but it won't work as is.
I have tried it. First, it only creates short snippets. Second, it mixes up different languages. Third, it can not verify if the codes actually work, or not. So, if you can't code yourself - DON'T RELY on Chat GPT!
And also:
DON'T POST UNVERIFIED CODES FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CODING!
