Ive been using 21 but if you have 3 or 4 days of big moves then a shorter time frame becomes more accurate on the day. Having said that its anazing how close different pairs get to a monthly daily average most days. If it coincides with other suppport/resistance then its really valuable.
I like to use a table with the pips and set a line manually for the day
I dont use mt4 so always like to know the settings people use so i can recreate on trading view.

Often we know a big S/R. PP or some other attractant. When the rope stretches' adr away from the attractant. That may be a place to find a s/r to run to the attractor. ADR WAR MAR are tolls. ADR can help set up and entry the day before. The week and month can do the same.

That option at 0940. 0935.7 is also the upper side of day average range. The lower side is 0812.6. Between is 0886.5 (60%). Pa is struggling with 0886.5. 0874.2 (50%) 0861.8 (40$) The low.
0886.5 High since new low. See chart
