Hi

Could somebody please fix this indicator. When you place the vlines in the past the rectangle works properly, but when vlines placed in the past and future the rectangle doesn't work.

Can someone please help me address what is wrong with my code? It keeps warning "Return value of 'ordersend' should be checked" and yet my code doesn't work either. Since I'm a newbie this is my first code tho.
Summary of my code: Take a trade right from the opening of candle
Sell when the previous candle was bear and buy when the previous candle was bull

Read the documentation for ordersend, it's return value is a ticket number, what happens if there are invalid settings to ordersend and the broker can't accept the order request? The attached has an example of printing out errors and settings for hints on what's wrong.

In the attached file I've added some notes for you to consider. Your file does result in orders being made, but there is no stoploss or takeprofit price, so it only ever opens 1 order on loading and it will never close it either.

Thank you for your EA, it helps me a lot.

I took a look at your EA and using strategy tester and it works perfectly (doesn't works when I stick "use date" tho). Contrary to the test result, it still doesn't work when live, I test live on the demo account of two different brokers (FTMO, IC) and it still doesn't work. I traded on the BTC/USD (due to the weekend) and nothing happened, the smiley face still goes on, and already ticked allows live trading. Don't know why? It shows the ERROR in Experts Just like the image below

Btw, you're right, the previous file works when I try on the different broker, but it has shitty code tho.

Edit: nvm, I just copy some lines of your EA to my and do some edits and it works so thank you so much you're my savior

I dont have the source code, the reason for that is i disabled the filter "filtro tendencia" to false.

So sorry for the late reply boss I didn't get any notification, unfortunately I realized that the code I posted was the repainting/unmodified version, when I realized this,I was afraid of reposting cuz Mr cja sounded like my post was not relevant, here is a modified version of the indicator with shift up to 3 bars not repainting arrows,my parameters are period (60) and signal bar =2 or greater but no more than 4,on 5min or 15min,it's very good for breakout,in the same breath I want to post another indicator for mobile alerts (mawiloobvtools++1),this Indicator I want the alerts on slope change in the following order, green slope buy, red slope sell and no slope neutral,once again I'm sorry for the late reply. And the last indicator dkx arrows also should have moblie alerts. Thanks very much

On higher period you could even use the zero cross for trend for example period (144) is what I use for trend.

also I want to be completely transparent,it repaints based on how you look at it,I'm running my mt4 terminal on a vps so I hardly close the the application, so in that case the indicator doesn't repaint,but if you do close the terminal the arrows will shift, but I daresay that this is better than other repainting indicator because I've seen this indicator not repaint in the event of news,for example say the indicator gives a sell signal and news comes In and the candle is bullish the indicator will not repaint but give you a buy on the news candle but if you refresh the chart or restart your terminal the sell signal will disappear

I used other repainting indicator that in such event make you think you entered a trade on a corrent candle and disappeared when the news comes out even without refresh the chart,with this Indicator I don't have to doubt my entries,if the market goes against me and hits my stoploss then my analysis was wrong,I won't blame the Indicator.
Dear Lovely Coders; I have this request, please
Can you please create an indicator where it plots a rectangular a round a surge candle in the following conditions?

Bullish:
1- Up-Trend
2- A bullish candle surges after a small candle and the bullish candle must be equal and greater than 15 pips
3- draw a rectangular and extend to the right

Bearish:
1- Downtrend
2- A bearish candle surges after a small candle and the bearish candle must be equal and greater than 15 pips
3- draw a rectangular and extend to the right
