The gbp aud and kiwi dont care about the downgrade. They all are already weaker verse usd.

I 'm just seeing this post in the last 10 min.. 0980 could start to support. This lessons chance for 0942..I'm surprised it came back to 0980 unless it was to hit 0978 and rise. I'm surprised the other majors are weaker verse usd.
I longed 0982.6. I got lucky reading this as it was near 0982. I still have a pending at 0979

Kiwi may be a buy when it stalls dropping. tp 6150. adr 6094. week rang 6079. 55 to 70 pips tp

Looking again the GBP hit 2761.. If it starts closing above 2772.. It may turn bullish.

Looking at the kiwi gbp aud and Swiss. They have done the normal retrace. The eu is the only miss of 0978. When/if the euro hits 0978x. The usd may turn weaker. The others look lined up already. It looks opposite of what this post is saying atm.. I know this. Those other pairs may be sending a false sense of security. They are sitting at pivotal places. I saw them weaker at first too. But they have done their normal retrace. They may be wound up to run opposite.
Meaning the usd may be ready to be kicked in the balls.

Bad for usd
Swiss -.8752 closes
eu + 1.0980 closes
gu + 1.2772 closes
nz +.6145 closes
Aus +.6609 closes


Somewhat hard to explain. The u.s. has a downgrade. That should weaken the usd. These pairs sit at the normal retraces. Set up before the downgrade. Now they may absorb the weaker usd news. They may have a built in spring coiled opposite of the normal retrace.

Pairs are at normal retrace points. Spring back to these levels. May be bad for the usd.
The euro being the leader tested 0980. It is not below 0980. 0980 can set up support

A us. downgrade can be bad for the world. It can stifle spending with additional interest rates. It could hurt u.s. spending.. The u.s. consumer spends less, China sells less. China buys less kiwi and aud stuff. Lots of digestion to come. It may not seek level at the same time.
First increase in cost. Consumers starts buying less. Second Chinese warehouses start to fill. China cancels raw material orders. It takes time to equalize/balance.

eu case may still reach 0978 before/in early NY. But 0980 may force eu to rise after. 1053 is the upper day range. That is above 1044.

Cant argue with the fundemntals, but on the technical side there seems to be many charts poised for a USD rally. The opposite is very possible, but is NFP enough to trigger , or will it fester a bit longer ? I think a pump first
