Done for the sake of my friends ..
1) take fibo of high/low b/w 00:00 and 06:00
2) then scissor is formed ,,
3) for Arabs, it was explained in Arabic forum . .
but if this idea is know for others, it may help them in trading . .

you take fibo b/w 00:00 to 06:00 --- therefore your question is not applicable ..
but of course anything lower than D1,
it is a price action for intraday trading ... therefore do not ask about TF
