I have not had a problem yet but now I am starting to get worried after your comment. Did they ever have a problem with a withdraw ?

No. It was a series of smaller things.

I did not know my account was unsuited to a pro tier but they sold me on it based on lower latency. The charges ate me alive. Then when I was in margin difficulty they closed some of my trades before I had reached the call limit. Over 100%. I sent them a screenshot as proof and they just ignored me. I was a noob and not worthy of a response.

Just a vicious rapacious B-booker like most of them. These days I don’t stay on the b-book for very long and so maybe anyone in the same boat will not have any problems. They do have excellent feedback overall which is how I picked them to begin with.

It looks like the manual link may have worked and so I will see in a few days. Excellent customer service is a good sign.

I used to hate days like this, where the market is so confused about direction that it bounces wildly between extremes. Now I consider them my bread and butter.

I still very much need to work on holding in situations where I know I’m right and the market puts on fearsome displays to shake me out.

This may not be fixable but something I have to adapt to and live with.

Today should have been glorious. It was not.

Remember to scale out as the day’s session winds down. Don’t try to surf reversals when liquidity dries up because it makes you a sitting duck.

After a bit of a nightmare I am now crushing the Nasdaq so how does my retail forex broker, who wants me to win so badly (according to Hougaard) react? By raising the leverage to trade the US100. I am now earning a trickle of what I made earlier in the day. Did they show me this much care and concern when I was losing? Not at all.

Of course it’s not personal. Just that now 99% of their clientele are long and winning on US equities. Unless a crash comes soon they will go broke. Since they can’t engineer a crash as they can with currencies, they must take protective measures.

You can win and even earn a living in this cutthroat business but never too much and never too fast. Is it even worthwhile? Undecided at the moment.

I might be wrong. Maybe it is personal. How can the crowd be so dim? I wouldn’t be surprised if the indices double before year end.

There’s a lot of info in that video. It’s hard (for me) to know what to focus on. What’s your main takeaway?

There’s been a sea change in positioning on IG. The backs of the bears have been broken. Not necessarily time to cash in but maybe take some pressure off the gas pedal?

my take was that from everything he talked about the sp500, should be bullish moving forward.
and it's not as bad as all red news would lead us believe

I don't know just my take.

Back to 72% short. Is this tool reliable? Was it just a weekend rebalance? Never have seen much correlation between position values and reversals.

hi, mate well every broker is different in its sentiment but if we get the figs from all brokers at the same time i could see that maybe you could use it

Grit capital is saying retail is positioned record long. The bull trend is starting to make headlines. I wonder if this is it for a while. Would do well to lighten up at least. I was expecting a melt up into a record high at the peak of a hot summer. Might not happen?
