Thanks for sharing it. I am very interested in this scalping strategy. I will try to figure out the algorithm behind the q-spectrum, i am already an expert in goertzel, fourrier transform, singular sprectrum analysis, continuous wavelet transform, hurst and cyclical analysis in general including validation techniques like bartels significance test, and now i just need to discover what is hidden behind the q-spectrum concept and develop an expert advisor to automate all the process and then quantify the profitability of the strategy on long historical data.

It follows from this that a trading strategy is the basis, and money management is a superstructure, an addition to it. Let's see what requirements a trading strategy must meet in order to apply money management to it.
