I think you should take a small break from trading. What you’re doing right now is revenge trading.

i could see having no idea if you were trading the 1min chart since theres so much noise where every third candle can be a reversal but you said you trade the 15 min so you should know a bit more about direction in that case

post the chart you use for trading with your lines indicators and some text telling us when you entered and exited otherwise theres not much that can be said that will help you


and read this thread for entry signals...if youre still blowing up your account than you might not be suited for trading since its 99% emotional
