Neuimex was registered in the GERMAN part of Switzerland ( Switzerland consist of 3 parts. French German and Italian ) I had written certain information on the Neuimex post. If someone don't come with a big mouth and a high nose, I am sure those people from the Betreibungsamt there would answer/supply the informations requested. I am sorry that there are people who after a few visits think they know more than someone from a particular country.
Switzerland had always live within it's border. Switzerland never use dirty tricks and violence and attack others. Switzerland never walked in the pride of Hitler !!

Before Marcos, the law to control money laundering was not yet voted in. The anti laundering law was voted by the people and came into action after that.
So please check your dates before. Since then the law has been actively applied. Any amount above as stated in previous post are being checked for it's origine.
Sorry to say that your information is not up to date. I won't name the countries where the money are gone to now. You can find that for yourself.

P.S Over here, there is a constuition and law. And everything needs to be
proven. It is not like the Philipines. In Europe, if you bring in evidence, it is being investigated. And - not assumptions. What was found was blocked and returned to the Philipines government. What left the country before he was convicted, nothing can be done. He was legally the head of your country, when he deposited the money here. Nothing say it was illegal until international law say so. It was the justice in your country, if anything is to be blamed. If President Bush were to put his money in Swiss banks, nothing is illegal until the US justice department says so.

Marcos only have a small amout in swiss banks. Its the current generation of corrupt officials that have the money there. And yes, some diversified placing many of their money in several european and latin american banks.

Thanks for the correction. Please checked also what is echoed on the streets and reality. Bill Gates and the Sultan of Brunei certainly has more than your corrupted officials added together. $100 Billions is over inflated by whatever people who threw that figure out. If you want to argue that your officials have that amount here, I don't wish to convince you. Show me an idiot who would leave their money here where any minute it can be confisticated. Search here in FF for the post where someone said that money put in Switzerland is not safe. It was over $100 million and was blocked for investigation. He advised people not to put there money in the banks here.

Even though it is true that Bill Gates and/or Sultan of Brunei have more money than the Philippine Annual Budget, it does not imply corruption is limited to a fraction of a billion dollars. Philippines a poor 3rd world country? Get these:

Philippines has exported more than 10 million workers to various countries each remitting $100 to $1K monthly. Thats $1B to $10B monthly of cash flow to the Philippines.

Philippine government owns various profitable corporations: Social Securities, Petrol, Casinos and Natinal Banks which are not counted in the budget, but are sources of "easy" money to whoever in the administration.

Count also the money from private individuals either as grease money to aid their businesses, or extortions. As an example, a group of German investors put up more than $100M to build an airport. They can now kiss that money goodbye as the administration henchmen took over the business.

You have absolutely NO IDEA how corrupt Philippine Govt Officials are. $100 billion surely is not on a single person/account but distributed amongs several croooooooooocks associated with the people in control.

Does Swiss check for money laundering? SURE!
Swiss Bank: Philippines, please check on Mr abc; he just opened up a $10M account.
Philippines: Mr abc is (our) successfull business man, he is clean.
Swiss Bank: Philipines, please check on Mr xyz; he just opened up a $20M account.
Philippines: Mr xyz is a respected member (of the government), he is clean.

BUT you did receive ur funds in the end.. And it is clearly stated that you have to withdraw the same way you deposited. So i think no questions to NF

They are always make fast withdrawals.. that is why i normally use bank wire, yp it takes longer, but safer =)

If you've been following the discussion, BK wired a portion of his funds and then used E-gold for the rest. NF required that he take ALL of that money in E-gold, which he's saying has a 10-20% premium on the money.

For me, while this doesn't necessarily raise direct questions about the broker, does raise questions about the fairness with which he is being treated, wouldn't you say? If he wired 90% of his funds and then used e-gold for 10% of his funds, and now NF decides he must take 100% of his funds in e-gold means that he will LOSE money on the transaction. Why didn't they force him to take the money as a wire?? Obviously there is a cost associated with the wire, and simply put, E-gold probably pays the brokers to use them...so for NF to decide for BK which way to take that money out IS a testament to their integrity.

Does it make them a scam? of course not...but should it make others question themselves when pondering the usage of NF...absolutely!

And I was denied to withdraw the way I deposited.
Receiving it in egold is not a finished game.

Lastly, their policy was withdrawal via wire is allowed as long as I have funded (no matter how small) it via wire - for the record, I have funded it more than 90% so I am eligible for wire withdrawal.

This is not correct. If you read BK first post on this thread, he states that he made a large withdrawal entirely by wire. Then on his NEXT withdrawal he was requested to use e-gold since he deposited some money in the first place by e-gold as well as wire.

Moral of the story: Don't use e-gold as you may be asked also to withdraw with e-gold.

Too bad Northfinance, I had an account with them past year and I had a lot of problem to withdraw money with simple bank wire (they get russian bank), so finally (after 1 month) I was able (and lucky) to withdraw by egold. After received my money I closed the account immediatly and forget them for ever.

I'm just withdraw my money (amount $10000) through e-gold from North Finance and no problem

I'm withdraw it because I'm afraid about e-gold, but I want to deposit again to north finance through Wire

I think NF is okay and also they didn't widen the spread when a big news happen , I like that
