We're looking for an experienced forex trader to partner with us on an offshore hedge fund. We have a British Virgin Islands (BVI) based incubator fund which is trading company capital against a set of 3 production EAs, and with another 4 in testing, trading demo accounts. The EAs are sustaining a consistent ~2% per month profit, however we'd like to complement and diversify our approach with manual trading. Requirements for the manual trades include no martingale or grid strategies, risk per trade limited to 1.5% to 2% of the respective account, and a max drawdown of 10-20%.
Our plan is to move to an official/regulated fund this August, accepting US and international investors. Investors are already identified due to long standing personal relationships (I'm not a trader myself, but instead experienced in private investment companies, working with attorneys, etc.; my partner handles the EA development).
Objective-wise, we aim to build a stable platform with monthly returns in the 1.65% to 3% range per month. With the increasing volatility in the US securities markets, we aim to offer our investors a vehicle for diversification and more predictable results.
