Bloody Monday for SPY
You have been warned
With no major news next week, SHORT squeeze to the upside first, following dump
Watch the CPI or/and FOMC on 13th/14th June for showdown.
By Monday morning, I hope to see Yellen dumping $170 Billion in Treasuries on the market.
That's going to be major QT!
With the debt ceiling issue closing on and this being a short trading week, SPY $430 coming in before rug pull.
This is how you screw both sides of the trade hardest.
Friday was the 2nd largest SPX Call Volume ever at 1.6mm contracts (blue)
only eclipsed by 1.7mm calls on 10/13/22 which was that wild +4.5% CPI rally day
Approaching a very heavy supply area, this is also the H&S breakdown from last year. If bears have any ounce of juice left, probably needs to make it happen here. May see gap up on Monday to clear any bear left.

If the labor market report shows a healthy increase in payrolls, this will start pricing in a stronger probability for one more 25 basis points Fed rate hike at the next meeting.
Two possible set up. Trade carefully and wait for proper set up before making N3.

The data is based on surveys of more than 400 private-sector service sector executives.
The ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI business report, a composite index calculated as an indicator of overall economic health for the non-manufacturing sector -- overall, analysts expect the index to improve.
Tuesday, 6th June, 2023.
The Short-Term Energy Outlook (STEO) provides the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) with a near-term outlook for energy markets.
STEO also provides in-depth market analysis of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas.
Wednesday, 7th June, 2023
Energy Information Administration (EIA) crude oil inventory data reflect the weekly change in the number of barrels of crude oil stored in U.S. company warehouses.
Analysts are not expecting major changes
Thursday, 8th June, 2023.
Initial jobless claims are the number of people who applied for unemployment benefits for the first time last week.
It is the earliest U.S. economic data, but its impact on the market varies from week to week - the previous period gave an oscillating reading.

S&P 500 Why S&P is about to hit the ceiling soon. ? (This is my newbie gueesing only). S&P 500 YTD: +9.44% Big Tech YTD: • Nvidia +159% • Amazon +44% • Alphabet +39% • Microsoft +37% • Apple +36% Without those five names, the index would be up just 1.5% on the year.. Thus, without Big Tech is basically the S&P 500 at this point.{image} The ratio of Technology divided by the S&P 500 is at its highest levels since February 2000. We are at the blow-off phase.
The S&P had increased a “whopping” 1.3% from April 3rd to May 31st (a number that seems to surprise many as it feels as if we’ve been in a bull market during that time) and explains why VIX is all the way back to 14.6 the lowest since February 14th 2020.
The lowest VIX since the pandemic started is also something that deserves attention
The vix is going to single digits.
Easy to crush the VIX when you are the Fed/Treasury and have unlimited funds thanks to no oversight/no debt limit.
