Which spreadbettor or gambling company did you use?

Hi. Are you trading with spread betting company or fixed odds betting company? No need to tell their name. Also, if you please explain your method and approach of this trading or betting, that would help. Thanks.

I am Trading with a fixed odds provider at present. I'm not one for taking risks and as i am new, I like to know what I could lose in advance if things don't go my way. I am currently placing the equivalent of in options language a strangle. I place it just before news events and making the expiry of the bet just after the news event say 5 minutes. So if the market moves above or below my strikes (which i set an equal distance from the money) at expiry i am quids in. The type of bet is called a binary range (outside). If the market is outside my strikes at expiry I win if its in the range I lose just my stake. In profit so far but not as much as I would have liked got burned with the UK BOE inflation report my bet expired before the real movement kicked in.

Hi jones_jemma, Are you still trading this method, just curious as I did not see any clue so far to combine your system with traditional trading. Please post if you do trade this. Thanks.
