-Just looking at your FAQ section again, as things keep changing.

Now it seems that you no longer refund the customization fees? Why???

This is not the first time that you have decided to change things, seemingly on a whim, without notifying traders. How can you expect traders to take you seriously if you are always secretly changing the rules? At this rate, traders will need to read the FAQ's everyday in order to keep up. This is not reasonable.

-It is understandable that if a trader fails, that you will not refund their fees, including customization fees. But as traders, we know the statistics for those that pass challenges, and they are not good. As such, we know that you will be getting those extra fees the bulk of the time to cover any expenses that you may incur to implement and maintain such customizations.

There is no conceivable reason why you would not refund the customization fees for those that pass. That money came from the trader's pocket. I can select just (4) out of the (7) customizable options available and the fees for that already become larger than the actual challenge! So you would be taking over half of my buy-in fee even if I pass? This is completely unacceptable that you would not refund that money to traders that pass.

Please change this!
