I'm looking for some advice on how to determine if trading is really for me. I have been studying trading for the past 5 years, trying out various strategies and trading in both live and demo accounts. However, despite my efforts, I have consistently lost money in my live trades.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has advice on what to do next. I'm still passionate about trading, but I'm not sure if it's the right fit for me. How do you know if trading is right for you?

Everyone's motivation is a steady income, I think that's why people come to this forum.

Stable income is hard to achieve through trading, I think that's what investing in traders is for.

If you're not doing it every day, just enjoy the process.

Your motivation level is enviable, buddy. Not all traders, even advanced ones can find strength to stay motivated when they lose a position or are about to lose it.
Probably trading is really important for you and you are focusing on development in this sphere. I wish all traders, both rookies and experts, would follow the same perception of trading activity as you do. Unfortunately, not all of them realize the essence of remaining patient and motivated.

My number one motivation is to trade better. To be exact, I got a big desire to take more points in trading. It’s my big problem. I often close profitable trades much earlier than I should have done and then I hate myself. I try to cope with it.
