I wasn't able to trade any of these. I know I have a lot of Sr, they are from the past days, but i know what level i have to look at before a trade, my brain just doesnt work today and i close all charts

The big move happened during the London session leaving us with crumbs as PRICE consolidated around last week's low.

PA was good up to NY Open and then became very tiresome although PRICE structure remained intact

Hahaha I wish dear Strat, was away on a business trip and just got back, so right now is actually the first time this week I have the time to sit down and look at the charts again. I was wondering if you ever start over with clean charts because I feel like my charts are getting crowded with all the m1 SR levels.

You dont need them for the next day usually ,unless they are higher frame SR levels like on the daily or so . normally a M15 m5 and H1 study first thing will show some SR for your trading on m1 for the current day

That is a lot of clutter
just throw in a couple of SR and you are good to go. You just need one or two above and below the current PA. A SR zone 200 pips away doesnt make much sense for m1

I try to study PA on bigger time frames as the day (and PA) progresses to force myself out of narrow focus on m1. And then I mark some areas and keep in mind some stuff. After it is done I delete the lines. If price moves back to previous areas I revisit the charts to get an updated picture in my mind.

I switch around timeframes on A and B to get a better overview.

I was on fire this morning and trading like a champ until I walked on water too soon after Lagarde's speech and sunk which brought me back to reality. Got back in the groove again and finally got tired.

Confirming bistolis's post, as soon as I get to my chart, I wipe out everything except last week's high and low, then I add the latest SR, Swings and M1.

Yes, that was my instruction years ago when I was trading the higher time frames.

For my M1 trading, I need all the levels on my chart as I switch back and forth between time frames but again, it comes down to whatever you can make $money with.
