Do oyuo know that UST and JPY are linked?

Here;s why......

Japanese investors are the largest foreign holder of US debt.
To protect against FX loss, Japanese investors hedge their UST investments.
Rising US rates + weakening yen made the cost to hedge too expensive, so they sold USTs.

Bull trap are mostly BO trader, seeing the price broke the R with strong momentum, they just jump in hoping the price will goes up to the moon.

Without looking to the left (LQ zone), the are trapped by placing buy oder after the BO.

Trade call vs Trade Set Up

In this FUN factory, I am not requiring anyone to offer trade signals.

Providing trade ideas and set up based on observed price movements is sufficient, as it can be dangerous to provide trade call or signals without a thorough understanding of price action.

Some experienced traders may struggle to give live trade calls.
I have observed one old trader who consistently provides inaccurate trade calls whenever she tries to showcase her skills.
It would be better for her to stick with providing hindsight signals. Yesterday, she did the same call and failed again for 12 times.
It's worth noting that this trader is not from this FUN Factory people, but from a distant location that's hard to access by civilization.

While I appreciate any effort to provide trade signals, it's better to focus on the thought process rather than immediately jumping to offering a trade call.

If you do choose to offer a trade call, be aware that I will ask why you made such a call, and it's important to have a well-thought-out response ready.

Dont worry about that each individual candle may differ a bit, but the overall formation is there to tell you what price is doing and respecting those level.

By using your chart, it is jut as good and same trade can be taken in comparison using my chart.

Does he remains as confident as before that the Fed is on the right path to keep inflation steadily falling towards its 2% target ?

My pespective as a newbie, on 2% target, is that's the expected outcome.
Inflation is decreasing, not only in the United States but globally as well.

Therefore, it's time to consider utilizing other monetary tools, such as investment incentives.
Providing loans to investors in critical consumer goods at low-interest rates to counter the inflationary impact.

A healthy inflation rate would be around 1.5-2%, neither too high nor too low.
By implementing these measures, we can stabilize the inflation rate and support the growth of the economy.

For instance, when the price approaches a significant support level and appears poised to break out lower, the market players may cause it to breach the level before promptly reversing it. (Chart above)
This behavior creates a trap.

In the example, a bull /bear trap is evident. The resistance/support level was evident, and the bulls/brear entered long/short trades as the price began to break through the resistance/spport.

However, shortly after the breakout, the price reversed lower/higher, trapping the bulls/bear in their long/short trades.

Here's another example of what Pat is talking about. The highs/lows of the week are good areas to watch when price approaches them. Those levels often result in failed breakouts which presents an opportunity for a trade in the other direction. Buy and sell stops just beyond the highs/lows of the week are sitting ducks for liquidity grabs, and we all know what happens to ducks. They get shot. lol
