Read this thread https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/562581-trd , especially Posts from TRD.

Pick one or two pairs, at most, that you know best and have a low Spread

Then Practice what you learn OBSERVE PRICE understand what it is doing

Watch the Chris Lori Video I posted in my previous post.

In the Post you have referenced, Institutions Manipulated Price to take out the STOPS of "Weaker Traders" they use the Liquidity from these STOPS to Enter more Short Trades.

Weaker Traders get left stranded and the Institutions "run away" with all the loot.

Remember Institutions Target Liquidity wherever the Liquidity Lies that is where Price will go

I can SEE everything I need to see on a 1 Minute Chart

Price starts a 1000 Pip move from the Smallest Time Frame not from the Highest
