HI!
I have been writing some MT4 indicators; some may prove helpful for your TA.
My first Indicator to share is a simple MACD. The differences this has over other MACD are:
1. You can plot a higher time frame MACD onto a lower timeframe chart. Example, you have H4 Charts, but wants to impose D1 MACD.
2. This one is color coded. Blue = Bull, Red = Bear. The color changes when the previous MACD bar is higher/lower than the current one. On Daily Charts, you can see the daily trend.
Try this on H4 GBPUSD chart, and select D1 period; you'd see the MACD Color agrees with the Trendline.

(This is a H4 Chart, but the MACD is from D1)
I once read a trading setup called "Triple Screen". View the Daily for the trend, then view the H4 for a confirmation, then use M30 for entry.
