Hi,

Does anybody know if the LSE accepted this offer how it would affect the forex market?

my first thought were this is bad for UK smaller companies such as AIM-listed, but NASDAQ sware they won't impose US-regulations.

The FX effect, may be GBP negative in the long-run but I doubt it.
