hi Apiga , there seems to be some bug in alert function . it plays alert at wrong time. my server time offset is not auto as auto didnt show correct event time. would you please check the issue?

I've been using this indicator for long time.
The great thing is the settings and it will turn off 'Auto Trading', according to your settings.

Just a simple request. Could you add to your source code... on the external buffer 0 (or any other one) a '1' (for news alert!) and a '0' (for None). Would like to add this to my Expert. Thank you.

Hi guys !

I'm looking for an indicator that will also display last week's news, not just future news.
It would be very useful if the indicator will display a label with the corresponding news to each line.
I will post some screenshots, unfortunately I don't have the file in mql.


Here are 2 indicators and the setups, one is from this thread, and the second is made by mladen.

I need to see also the news from last week with labels.

actually but there are another simple solutions, that may cost you only 5 minutes preparation in each month and better for your PC health . .

some simple straight forward steps ..

start step by step . . do understand the code self itself mq4, and also operation mechanism . .

simple method ... at vacations copy news to any excel file ..

I have already created an excel database that I update weekly.
The fact of seeing on the chart the news that has already happened would have helped me speed up the analysis.

It's a simple excel sheet with news...actual and forecast.
What I need is an update of the indicators that i post already here, or a new indicator with the news of last week, on chart.

I am using dark mode - but it is in need of further tweaking (for readability)

Offering input for colour chip choices would be great.

What about old news? can you oint out old news? such as I need last month of NFP candle like that

Can you please share some internal name of input parameters Like:Hours Behind,Hours After,Filter By Volatility,Offset...Filter News By Currencies,Defined Currencies...
It would have been Nice to have those to call Indicator from an EA iCustom() or else you must set indicator separate and then set input parameters,this also works...

Indicator operates with current week only and can't get historical data for past news. Unfortunately.

Hi,

If looks very nice, but for some reasons, it does not work in the latest Mt4 Version 4 Built 1403, 17 January 2024 update. Or, could it be, the reason nothing shows, because there are no news?
