50 lots per ticket with unlimited positions
Icmarkets 200 lots per ticket with unlimited positions, for Gold 100 lots per ticket.
If you want larger size go with Globalprime 1000 lots per ticket, FxPro 10000 lots.
I've account with Swissquote also, only 100 lots per ticket and Gold 50 lots with unlimited position.

IC Markets has a limit of 100 open orders per account

This is correct. The email ID used to create account with FP can be different from your skrill/neteller/paypal email ID.
However, for AML reasons i think the original Deposit need to be done to the same account, however profits i believe can be requested out through Wire Transfer as well.

I was wondering how you guys approach the spread expansion FP Markets overnight trades experience at US/Asian sessions cross? It is not uncommon for some pairs like EURJPY (Minor pair but hardly an exotic) to trigger Stop Losses through 80+ Pip spread at these times! Having only ever traded Forex with FP Markets, is this common with other so called reputable brokers?

I would advise you to directly reach them through their customer service to find out proper information about accepting clients from Europe. Their customer service members are available for 24/5 and they are quick in responding.
Fpmarkets is a good broker, I still got an account. But they do not have server in London or in asia, so ping time is way too high, my EA cannot work with such lag, so did a withdrawal a while ago, will see how it goes. May try again later, for manual trades....

I have a problem with FP:
my ea work well on demo account but not on real one....is it due to lag of their server?
example: my ea buys the first time and then should buy if the cross drops by 20 pips....the second entry takes place on the demo account, not on the real account. the ea works tick by tick

I think you should contact their customer service to get more details on it and why it is happening, because for me it seems to be working fine.
