Can I request that someone code an indicator for me. What I need is to be able to find the difference between the candle one bar back from the current candle and a selected lookback candle. eg Low(-25) - Close(-1). This could then plot as a line below and above zero. If it is not too difficult I would like to be able to select the low,close or high on both candles.

The alternative would be to extend a line from the lookback candle to the current candle. The line would end up moving up and down as the candles advanced forward. With this method it would have to plot on the chart instead of a seperat window.

I believe there are plenty of screenshot indicators available on FF. Is someone able to modify one of them to capture screenshots of all timeframes (monthly to 1 minute) with one click and save in a folder?

I have looked and cannot find a MQ4 file - however, this attached link contains an Indicator & the coding with the solution to what I'm proposing.

Can someone kindly configure this to work as mentioned above - I believe it would help most of the community.

i got one more pic on this dk swag buy sell indicator it is nothing but tema indicator with values 12 6 0.85 200 and 400... and he set time frame like 180 means 3 hrs to m15 chart ... no more details i get further... any one make this in mt4 please would be great ...

Cross = price crosses the line, close is beyond it, gapping would trigger it
Straddle = candle straddles line, high and low on each side, gapping would not trigger it

no, I do not know. I thought with each new broker I have to use a different MT4 setup file, because file in the config group would designed differently (for demo, live account data server etc ).. Using one Mt4 for different broker would be possible, causing no complication, no confusing or non_optimized data access at all?

Hi BestTraderEv. It seems like you are very active and quick to help. Thanks for your willingness to help others. I just have a request if possible. Use a MACD histogram indicator and make an EA that works as follow.

It must open buy trade once value is above 0.15 and only close once it is -0.15. If i can change those it will help a lot. This at close of bar. New sell will then open. It must give option to change MACD inputs as well as the open and close values are needed for different time frames on MT-4. It will be good if there is some time input from when to a certain time to trade.

I honestly appreciate from the deep of my heart.. sometimes, negative remarks, push us to do good things... I made so many silly mistakes in my first & second versions of the EA i shared here.. But now, all those I have corrected.. attached is the Version 4, with ZERO ERRORS.. I still have to figure out 3 things though (Expiry timing, Trailing Stop Loss Function & Delete Order Function), which I m trying & hoping that atleast for this someone might help me.. for now the EA is good to go I guess.. Couldnt figure out the BackTest yet, will do soon.

This is a rookie coding I did, in the last couple of weeks. Since I m not a coder myself, i m learning by coding & fine tuning it through errors & corrections, however, i m limited with coding knowledge and beyond a point, i couldn't code / correct errors myself and that is why I m seeking help from our community here.. The attached EA file has the strategy steps as well, which I m detailing below too.

Candle wick Breakout Strategy is as below :

Basically the Idea is PRICE moves away from the previous close, either breaking above or below the previous candle high-low, of course price sometimes ranges within the previous candle hi-lo as well, but predominantly moves away. Here we target to take small quantity of PIPs for each candle. (M30 - D1 TF), not suitable for shorter TF like M1, M5. I have attached D1 TF screenshots of USDJPY & CADJPY pairs, where u can find the price has trended mostly and very few candles have oscillated both ways.

target pairs : USDJPY, CADJPY, AUDNZD only.

Order placements :

Trade only between specified hours 1 to 23 hrs to avoid initial & end of session high spreads
Open 4 orders for each candle opening. TF : M30, H1, H4, D1. Other TF not applicable.

2 pairs of Buy stop & Sell stop orders to be placed at the High & Low of the previous Candle during the opening of the current candle
if price in current candle doesn't breakout of previous candle's H/L, close the pending orders & open new stop orders for the next candle @H/L of this candle
if price moves in one direction for the current candle, the pending order on other direction to be closed at the end of the candle & open new stop orders for next candle.
if current orders are in loss at the end of candle, close the orders in loss and open new stop orders for next candle.

Order lot sizing :

TP1 order lot will be 3 times TP2 order lot, TP2 order lot by default is 0.01 (to be available as an input option)

SL :

SL of buystop orders will be Low of previous candle, SL of sellstop orders will be High of previous candle (basically the open price of the other direction order), in case Candle H-L range is smaller than MinStopLevel, place SL for TP1 order at 2x MinStopLevel, SL for TP2 order at 4x MinStopLevel

TP :

TP1 will be half of TP2 or 3xMinStopLevel, whichever is higher
TP2 will be difference of SMA High & SMA Low for specific number of candles for different chart TF. (Average Hi-Lo Candle Range) or 5 to 6x MinStopLevel, whichever is higher.
for example, SMA period to be used are : M30 TF : TP2 will be for 96 period, H1 TF : TP2 will be for 72 period, H4 TF : TP2 will be for 20 period, D1 TF : TP2 will be for 11 days

Trailing Stop :

Trailing Stop for TP1 : once TP1 is achieved, 80% position close of TP1 order and move TP1 order SL to 5pips below Opening price or 1X MinStopLevel below Opening price, furthermore, every additional TP1 level growth of remaining 20%, move SL to 5pips below Opening price or 1X MinStopLevel below previous TP1 level.
Trailing Stop for TP2 : once TP2 is achieved, 80% position close of TP2 order and move TP2 order SL to 5pips below Opening price or 1X MinStopLevel below Opening price, furthermore, every additional TP2 level growth of remaining 20%, move SL to 5pips below Opening price or 1X MinStopLevel below previous TP2 level.

I still need some expert help in completing this EA with TSL & Delete Order functions, also need help with the expiration value. IF someone does BackTesting on M30, H1, H4 & D1 TFs in other pairs, let me know how this EA performed.
